Terms & Conditions


Suncoast Leisure is trading name of Supertime Leisure Ltd who will undertake to ensure that all possible care is taken to see that you have a happy and successful holiday. The Booking Conditions below seek to explain as clearly as possible the responsibility undertaken between us when you make, and we accept a booking.

BOOKING FORM
1. The party leader must complete a booking form on behalf of the family / party, accept the terms and conditions and return the form to our offices accompanied by the relevant deposit. In the event the client accepts that the form be completed by an employee of Suncoast Leisure the client must accept that Suncoast Leisure will not be responsible for mistakes. The details of the form and relevant name spellings and other travel information will be repeated to the client at the time of booking for verification of all details.

PAYMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION
2. Deposits plus insurance premiums and the flight cost are to be paid at the time of booking. The deposit forms part of the final payment for the holiday and refunds can only be made as mentioned below. We will send you, your final invoice as soon as possible and prior to travelling. Payments of the balance of the invoice is due in this office not less than eight weeks before the departure. If you book within eight weeks of departure payment in full should be sent. All relevant documentation will be forwarded 10 days prior to departure.

PRICE GUARANTEE
3. The following unlikely events may affect the cost of your holiday.
(a) Devaluation of the pound sterling by more than 5% against the relevant currency relating to payment of your accommodation.
(b) Government action whereby increased costs for fuel and other related transport costs are imposed.

ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION
4. It is unlikely that we will have to change or alter your booking other than for reasons beyond our control. In the event that a transport or accommodation provider withdraws a service for any reason we may find it necessary to alter your travel arrangements or accommodation. In this event, we would provide accommodation equal to or better than the accommodation initially reserved.

Flight costs cannot be refunded unless the airline offers this within the terms and conditions published by that particular airline. This is usually because of major re-scheduling or cancellation of the service. It is advisable to take out a holiday insurance which would normally cover a refund of your holiday costs including the flight content in the event you had to cancel due to re-scheduling or cancellation of the flight.

Suncoast Leisure will not cancel your holiday, but changes may be necessary as explained above, but such alterations would not constitute to Suncoast Leisure cancellaing your holiday.

In the event the client finds it necessary to make a name change or date alteration to the original reservation then any ensuing changes implementd by the airline must be met by the client, in addition to an administration chrage of £10.00 per person.

Suncoast Leisure reserve the right to cancel any reservation where payment have not been received by the due date. Clients who experience difficulties in making the payment should contact Suncoast Leisure to duscuss the possibility of re-scheduling payments.

FORCE MAJEURE
Compensation payments cannot be considered to changes caused by reason of war, or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispoute, fir, technical problems of transport, delays in transport, closure of ports, sickness, bad weather, acts of any government or public authority or other circumstances amounting to a "force majeure" and / or Acts of God.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
If you decide to cancel your holiday, this must be done in writing by the party leader who signed the booking form or made the reservation by phone. The time of cancellation is taken as the date when notice is received in writting at our offices. The following charges will be implemented :

(a) Where Suncoast Leisure has created a package by paying for flights, transfers and accommodation the flight content is not refundable in full or part for any reason unless it is made by the airline or through your own personal Insurance.

(b) The following costs will be incurred :
The whole of the flight content in additions to :
More than 10 weeks before departure - Loss of deposit
8 - 10 weeks before departure - 30% of accommodation and ground handling charges
6 - 8 weeks before departure - 45% of accommodation and ground handling charges
4 - 6 weeks before departure - 60% of accommodation and ground handling charges
Less than 4 weeks - 100% of total holiday cost
IMPORTANT NOTICE : The flight content of your holiday is NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you have Insurance against eventualities of cancellation though unforseen circumstances.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
5. We accept liability should the services which we are contractually obliged to provide prove to be deficient or not of reasonable standard. We will not accept liability or be held responsible for death, bodily injury or illness except where this is due to the proven negligence of our employees or agents. Should you or any of your party suffer death, personal injury or illness through any misadventure arising out of an activity which does not form part of your holiday arrangements, we will offer you as much assistance as possible.

COMPLAINTS
6. If the unlikely occasion should arise that you do have a reason to complaint on holiday, please do not wait until you are home to do so. Niggling problems can usually be solved by a few words to our agents. If the complaint cannot be resolved please ensure that you reposrt this to our Head Office and we will promptly dealt with on your return. No claim can be considered unless reported in writing to our Head Office within 28 days of returning.

FINANCIAL SECURITY
7. All holidays offered by Suncoast Leisure, are financially secured in accordance with Article 7 of the E.E.C Regulations. This security covers the return of the full amount of deposits and balances paid. There is also a public liability policy in force and a repatriation arrangement in the event of company failure. These aspects satisfy the Trading Standards Authorities. This cover is provided by TOPPS (Tour Operator Passenger Protection Security) in addition to the company ATOL bond - ATOL No 5529.

SPECIAL OFFERS
8. Clients who take advantage of 'special offers' which will be promoted periodically in the season, must be aware that Suncoast Leisure will not name the accommodation which they will be allocated, and preference will be given to clients paying brochure price.

INSURANCE COVER
9. Clients are strongly advised to take out our Insurance cover, a copy of which will be sent once the premium has been paid. Claims must be made direct from the client to the Insurance company, Suncoast Leisure cannot make a claim on behalf of clients
